I know the price might seem a little high but I moved in here with preferences and I feel they are (for the most part) being fulfilled. Great size apts, beautiful anemities,business office is conveniently open at all times for residents. I appreciate the valet trash and I like the benches for every resident to avoid odor issues in the hallways. I have lived at other areas with valet trash that just sit the trash outside the doors and the hallways are disgusting. The staff has recently changed but we are fortunate to have one of the previous mgrs here and Lori is wonderful.The gates are always working which is good. I see so many apts with gates, and the gates are always broken. My only complaint would be in the initial construction. The walls are incredibly thin.. I can here Everything, and i mean EVERYTHING going on around my apt, Walking,talking, music, tv, evening entertaining ect.. Parking lately has become an issue, but i think thats b/c residents are not registering all their vehicles and the visitors are taking up all the parking. But i think mgmt will address the issue..(hopefully).
