This place is really going down hill! As a single female, i feel very unsafe here. The crime rate has gone thru the roof. Knowing that & having to walk a half a mile to my car EVERY night is very scary. My air conditioning went out & it took the staff a week to fix it!!! NO COMPENSATION! This was very unprofesional. I had to stay in a hotel & they did not once suggest for me to stay in another apartment or corporate suite. Grandville was cheep in the construction of this place! Very poor sound proofing, parents not watching children throwing rocks @ the cars, people not picking up after the dogs, and for everything being new, it's not if it breaks down & it takes a week to fix it!
