close to campus, poor staff, cheap if split with roomates!

the staff is very rude here. it is very close to campus, that kind of makes up for the staff!!! the rent is very high, but split with roomates 4 ways, it's not so bad. the parking sucks but so does the parking on campus!!! we have drinks with our neighbors on the patio almost every night, it's great. i woould say over all, for a wanna be college housing, it's a great place to live!
