Expensive but nice overall

I must agree that my 2 biggest problems with Grandeville would be the parking (#1) and the price. I don't have much of a problem with noisy neighbors. My upstairs neighbors were loud but after I complained, they improved. I don't like having to pay another $100 for a garage when there's NO parking available. And you also have to pay to activate your alarm. It is very expensive, but I don't mind because of the other amenities I get.
I love the pool area with cabanas, the fitness center that includes a security camera, a free personal trainer and weight-loss program, the gates that actually work, the bench/trash containers, crown molding, spacious apartment with large rooms (except the kitchen), 9ft ceilings, tanning bed, and playground.
It's not perfect, and I am a new resident, but so far I do really like it. I haven't had any conflicts with the office yet, but so far they seem nice (maybe fake, but nice). I would recommend it hands down.
