Grandeville is more expensive then the last place i lived, but it is soo much better. I have only had 1 maintenance request about my air conditioner. It was a sweltering 77 degrees in my apartment they came up 17 mins later to see what the problem was before it got worse. They fixed it that day and i have had no other problems. I think its really quiet here. The walls are thin but that goes for any apartment complex here in Orlando. I have friends who live on the other side of the complex and they love it to. we are both in our 2nd years here.

Parking has gone down a bit, but i have only had to walk more than 50 yds once or twice. maybe thats just because of my location in the complex. Last year (03-04) i had no problems at all finding a spot.

The office staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I'm not sure about the crime rate. I have never heard of any incidences, but then again thats not the type of thing they post on message boards. But i have never felt unsafe here.
