this is a great place to live. I am a stay at home mom of an 18month old. when we were trying to find a place to live I read about every apartment on this site. we are so happy to have found Grandeville. they have a nice playground my only complaint about the playground is that there are no swings but my daughter still has fun. they have a beautiful pool. also they have a play room right next to the exercise room with a big window so that you can workout and watch your children play. although I use it just to let her play in we sit in there and let her play just for a change of scenery during the day. parking is not that bad at least not in the building we live in. also this is a gated community that gets locked at 7pm so that nice too. I feel very safe. and also they have great florrplans. the apartments are very clean. the staff is wonerful. our 2nd day here we had a problem with the A/c maintenace was here within 10min. and they were very professional. one thing I dont like is thier are no lights. so you better have lamps. there is a cieling fan but the bedrooms and living rooms have no cieling lights. also they have a huge walk in closets that are great for storage. they have a business center with 2 computers fax.copy machines. free movie rentals. volleyball court. it's just a very nice place. yes it is expensive but you get what you pay for!!!
