It's now been 2 years since I moved in. I still really like Grandeville, despite the noise when people walk in the halls & on the stairs, very bad parking and dog droppings in the grass. However, due to their unreasonable rent increase, I have decided to move elsewhere. The management has raised rent by over $200 for some residents (they told me this themselves). In my original comment, I mentioned that it was very expensive to live here. If you decide to move in, be prepared for large increases in your rent by the next year. You might be able to afford a house for what you'll be paying here. But if you can afford it, it's very nice.
