Ok Place to Live

The apartments are nice inside. Especially the 2 bedroom Heritage, it was very open and well lit. When I first moved in I had a problem with the people above me. The guy would lift weights in the middle of the night and would slam them onto the flow. He didn't stay long and someone else moved in and she was quite for the most part. I could hear her high heels in the morning. Noise was fine for awhile until the guy next to me came home at 12 am and start watching tv or listening to music really loud. Complained numerous times, but new management did nothing. Also, don't expect any maintenance to help you on the weekends. I needed a jump on my car on a Saturday morning and received no word from them for help. The apartments at first were not student housing, however later on more and more UCF students started to move in. Don't know how that worked because you needed to earn 3x the rent per month and a parent could not cosign. There is a gate out front however half the time it was broken and all you need to do was to push it with you vehicle and it would open. Parking is ok if you come home early, but forget it if u decide to go out in the evening. You will have to walk far to get to your apartment. Pet are welcomed with restrictions on certain dog breeds. Overall, it was an ok apartment. The lobby is a little misleading. I did however enjoy living in the area.
