I just renewed my lease for another year. It went up a whopping $40. So much for the $200 increases I had warned about. I've lived in apartments around the country for years and I have to say that GVRP is one of the better places you'll find. Occasionally students from UCF will infiltrate the place and forget that most of the people that live there hold regular jobs and are raising kids. But otherwise the noise levels are no different than anywhere lse, in fact, they are likely less than I am accustomed to.
When I first moved in the previous owners must have had a few dogs and the carpeting had an awful smell. The management replaced the carpeting with no questions asked. The few times I needed maintance, they came within hours and did the job right the first time.
Maybe I'm one oif the lucky ones but my expereince at GVRP has been nothing but positive.
