I moved into Grandeville 1 1/2 years ago, and I just renewed my lease for my 2nd year! The Management and girls in the office are really nice and they can usually solve most worries. Maintenance guys always complete work orders same day. They allow pets, which is great. You will see children running around because we are right next to A Schools, it happens. UCF is right down the street, so you will see some college students here as well. We do have to make 3X's the rent, but college students do work and go to school!
They painted the buildings this year and although it was a pain in the ass, it was worth it. Parking can suck sometimes, you dont always get to park in front of your door, but come on people, walk 50 feet, get over it. My neighbors are really nice, I feel like its safe here. You can actually call Seminole County and they will tell you that this place has low crime, practically none.
On top of the 2 hot Seminole County courtesy officers that live there and keep it under control, everything is great in this community and I plan on staying here until I buy a house.
