I have lived here for 3 years and I highly recommend it!

Office staff: The office staff here is wonderful! They are always very pleasant and caring. They host breakfast for the residents once a month, and they always keep an updated collection of DVD's for the residents to check out.The office is kept clean and beautiful at all times.

Apartments: The apartments here are spacious, and clean. The kitchen is big, and the closets are very nice! I have a 2/1 and I have plenty of storage/closet space. At your request, the Orkin man will spray your apt once a month for no charge so no bug problems! Even the screened-in patios are huge! You can also paint the walls and you don't have to paint them back to white when you decide to move out.

Safety: I have never heard or had a problem while living here for 3 years. The neighbors in my building are very pleasant and we all look out for eachother. There are 2 security officers that live on property and I constantly see them walking around the property making sure everything is as it should be. The gate closes at 7pm every night and if for any reason the gate does not work it is fixed in record time.

Parking: It all depends in what building you live in. If you live in one of the buildings around the clubhouse parking may be a bit of a challenge. This means that you don't get to always park right in front of your building...but if you are willing to walk just a little bit you will always have a place to park. I hear parking in the back buildings is a breeze.

Overall- I highly reccommend living here. If you are looking for a place to live, I suggest you come to Grandeville and then go to other apartments and compare...the difference is striking! Grandeville is always kept up well- landscaping, pool, playground, dog areas, you name it! You will not regret your choice to move in here if you are looking for a quality place.
