I have lived at Grandeville since February and it is by far one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. I've read some of the other reviews and I have to say that some of these people who complain about noise are interesting. I happen to live on the 1st floor and have an entire family living above me. Sure, every now and then I can hear walking, but not once have I ever been bothered by noise from above. I also live by the pool and playground area which you would think gets noisy, but no. Never had a problem. My neighbors are friendly and polite and the office staff has always been great. We have only had one maintenance request since we've moved in and it was taken care of within 24 hours. Our apartment is HUGE! It's bigger than some of my friends houses. I always get compliments when people come over to visit. I did notice that parking can get kind of crowded at night, so I got a garage. Worth every penny. Not only did I get a garage, it came with an attached storage unit. So for those people who feel the need to complain about parking in a community where you share spaces with probably 400 other people, you have options.
