I lived in this complex for three years. I've had ups and downs where I liked it one minute and hated it another. I think what it comes down to, bottom line...you get what you pay for. This is one of the cheapest places to live in the Orlando market. Unfortunately when cheap rent is the factor, you also get riff-raff and the like to go along with it. The apartment layouts are actually quite nice. The living room is very spacious, large walk in closet, hall-way/with closet, w/d room. Some bad things about this place...the walls are sooooooooooooooo thin. You are 100% going to hear your neighbors, just accept it. The metal stairs in the breezeway are loud and rattle when anyone walks up and down them (sucks if you're in the master bedroom). There are kids everywhere...riding bikes in the road..playing. Trashy/scuzzy people frequent the breezeways and loiter on the stairs. The office staff are reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally friendly, but i've had quite a few mishaps during my stay where papers were lost, things weren't received. I also have never lived in a place where they do soooooooo many apartment inspections. It always seems like they come in for something..pests, inspections, fire alarms, this that...blah...like 1-2/month. The mail is just a disaster...they need to reorganize...I always got other people's mail and so on. If you need a place to live for a great price (but are willing to make some sacrifices), by all means you sohuld check this place out. Just dont go in there all fascinated by the price and expect to live in a mansion. YOU. GET. WHAT. YOU. PAY. FOR.
