I lived there for 3 years and it was trouble from the start. The building was constructed of corkboard and paper, thus I could hardly watch TV without my neighbor calling the police on me and filing noise complaints. The front office (with the exception of maybe one employee) are all incompetent and have no business being in charge of peoples' homes. Not only that, after I moved out, Concord charged us for every possible detail they could find, which ranged from dust on top of the 'fridge and leaving lint in the dryer. For those two things alone it cost me $100! The rent is cheap, if you qualify, but expect problems to come with it.
