We've lived here for a year. The kids ARE very rude and run out in front of you when you are driving through. Be careful! I've even had a few throw rocks at my car! BUT, a few people in the office have been helpful and kind, and we were allowed to paint, which made the two bedroom apartment seem much more homey. Nicely decorated and cleaned from top to bottom before moving in, these apartments ARE livable. We did have one neighbor in the bedroom next to ours that let his LOUD alarm clock go off for three hours every morning starting at 5:30 am. He moved out, thankfully. In general, we are thankful for the inexepensive rent and a roof over our heads, despite some of the annoyances that come from living in almost any apartment.
