This propery was maintained very well when I first moved in. The maintenance was very good but here within the last year it has been just atrocious. Parking is taking over by illegal residents, abandoned vehicles, and nothing is done to correct this problem. This complex has taken a turn for the worst. Perhaps Concord Management really doesn't care as long as they get there tax benefit from the government.
