I stayed there for all of 3 months and then was asked to leave. Reason being I was not in complience with their income restrictions. First they tried to say we did not make enough money. Then they said we made too much. The whole thing was very fishy , what I think happened was the little witch that worked at Loma Vista wanted my particular apartment because of the view and got her panties all up in a twist. So they pretty much threw me out, said i had one week to leave . Not one thing was given to me in writing saying I had to leave. A month later after their mind games they finally did wtite something up saying I had to leave. Then they had the nerve to try and get 2,000 dollars out of me. It was just one big nightmare. I honestly would rather work 2 jobs and pay more money to live somewhere where it doesn't matter how much you make. Why should they have cared I paid them their rent on time every month in the short amount of time I was there. I would not recomend anyone moving here, its not worth the grief that they will put you through.

The reason that the community is so reasonable priced is that it is federally subsidized. Loma Vista/ Concord Management are required to rent to people within a specific income bracket in order to continue to receive the subsidy and offer such low rental rates. Thus the reason they told you to get lost. Based on your story, the area where they could have improved is to not rent to you in the first place if you didn't qualify.
