I've lived here for a year and a half...I hate it to say the least. First off, why live in a gated community when the only gate that works is the exit gate' Another, my carpet is disgusting and has been since i moved in, they make sure that they wash your carpet the day before you do your walk through to move in, then a week after you move in the stains start coming out. I complained numerous times, and all they do is come wash my carpet. Again a week later same stains come out. I'ts a health hazard I'm sure, when my daughter started crawling she got an upper respiratory infection, and I'm willing to bet it's from the rotten pad under the carpet. And what about the little hoodlums that hang out, outside staring me down everytime I drive up. And the little 12-17 year old girls hanging out on the corner, sometimes it looks like OBT...I need out, and I'll be dammed if I re-sign my lease here.
