I FEEL THAT YOUR STAFF ARE VERY RUDE, THEY PLAY FAVORITISM AND THEY TAKE FOREVER TO RESPOND TO THE 24 HRS ON CALL SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT FROM 10-6PM AND NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE AND I HAVE HAD ANOTHER RESIDENT WALK ACROSS TO SEE IF ANYONE IS IN THERE AND THE STAFF IS AND THERE IS NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONES AND NO CUSTOMERS ARE IN THE OFFICE...I THINK THAT IS POOR SERVICE BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE DON'T GET OFF WORK UNTIL AFTER YOU CLOSE AND THEY RELY ON THE PHONE TO CALL YOU AND GET THERE RENT PRICE FOR THE MONTH

honey you must know that most people that work for Concord Management are complete ----TARDS!!!! I know from experience...And I seriously doubt any of them made it through the 8th grade. But I mean hey whatever as sad as it is some people can really only afford those apartments and I truly feel sorry for the ones that work their asses off and just want a decent place to live...The staff knows peoples situations and they take complete adavntage of it. They are truly the lowest of the low. But there is that thing in life called Karma and eventually they will get theirs. And if anyone has any sense I would not rent from any place that is run by Concord. Do whatever you have to do but don't go there. They will ---- you over!

I really like what I see here at the apartments but when I start reading these emails, one can get a little discourged. I read one that says the staff will read ones mail when droped off at the office. I really hope this is not true for that is a felony and the staff can get into a lot fo trouble.....
