I would and have recommened Loma Vista to my friends and co-workers. I have lived here for 3 years and have enjoyed my quiet home very much. I have to agree with another reviewer, most of the people on here complaining don't seem like the type of neighbors I would like to have. Your home is what you make of it. I have never had any problems with my neighbors or the service I receive in the office. And the location is great.
