What can you say if when you first move in your neighbor starts complaining about you when you live on the first floor. Started as a bad experience and continued until the very end, which has not ended yet. The move out inspection is a joke and all they want to do is set you up for another high charge for every single thing you can even imagine. They are certainly into your life wanting to know everything about you, they do check your mail and don't recieve mail on behalf of anyone because they will accuse you of living with someone that is not authorized. For heavens sake, I was just available to recieve the packages instead of having to go to UPS or the post office and that should be my business not theirs
