I have been a resident here for 3 years and have had mostly good times! In the beginning there were some issues with staff/maintenance but lately they have gotten much better. They are now having great activities for the families. Pool parties, movie nights and other holiday events. Most of the reviews on here seem to be from unhappy people. Anyone who is unhappy here probably would be unhappy anywhere they go. Your neighborhood is what you make it. If everyone watched out for their neighbors we all might be in a better place. They probably don't interact with the staff, attend any events or even get to know their neighbors. The office staff is wonderful to work with. Everytime I go in they have a smile on their face and are always very helpful. The maintenance staff knows what they are doing. Any time I have called for work to be done they are out by the next day and have everything back in working order. Yes, sometimes the inspections are a pain but they are mostly for our safety. I will continue to make this my home and will be happy doing so.

these people are sp full of sh**t worst place ever i feel sorry for the ones who don't act damn retarded and are tryin to provide their kids with a decent place to live
