First moved in,rent was cheap, but increased every year. Inspections all the time! Scheduled my apartment for a carpet cleaning, and the people came in, used my bathroom, and didn't even clean the carpet! Told management about it, and all I got was "sorry". Most staff in the office are friendly, besides one, whom I always tried to avoid. Don't live on the first floor, because you will never get any sleep because of the constant noise of people running up and down the stairs, and the stair case hitting the wall. Apartments are big, but not modern. Base rent is cheap, but when adding all the options way too much, and you could go to a more upscale/luxury apartment for the same price. They advertise that it is a gated community, but the gate has probably worked a total of 10 days since the last 2 1/2 years I've been here. The Card is a ripoff! Concord Management itself is a ripoff and doesnt respond to tenants complaints. Community Director is nice and really attempts to work with tenants! Other than that, I would not recommend living here. The only reason I stayed so long was because I didn't give proper notice.
