I have lived in Loma Vista for almost three years. I have not had the same problems that these others have had. I have been fortunate that my neighbors are quiet, clean and considerate for the most part. I have never seen a roach in my apartment! The other person who complained of this must have a nasty neighbor. I do sometimes hear my neighbors walking loudly upstairs but isn't that normal'

There are 1 or 2 associates in the office who do not seem happy all of the time but most of the office staff is just wonderful.

Parking...not that bad. Really. Granted, I do not think that the parking sticker thing is enforced as well as it should be, but you know, walking a few extra steps is not that big of a deal.

My rent has gone up almost $100 in the past three years. Yikes...but compared to other apartments, my deal is still good I believe.

Yes, some kids are trouble makers. It is part of living in an apartmnet community. I am saving for a house but have been thankful or Loma Vista in the interim.
