To say the least, the apartment complex is the ghetto. You cannot be a full time student or make over a certain amount of money to live there. Of course thats going to leave the umemployed and uneducated to move in, which is exactly what happened. I lived there for one year, and I could not wait to get the hell out. The parking lots are well lit, if you can find a place to park. The gate never works, and if it did, not for very long. The office staff is uncompetent, lazy and lie any chance they get. Forget asking them for help! The walls in the apartments are so thin you can practically here your neighbors breathing. I constantly heard my neighbors get up in the morning, and try and get their children ready for school...who are all under the age of 5! The grounds are not kept up. There were countless times when there was trash all over the ground outside my apartment and near the sidewalks. Tenants let their children run around at all hours of the day, never occuring to them that other people live there and would like some peace and quiet. There is only one trash compactor in the entire complex, and if they expect non-educated people to be able to use it, they are crazy. It over-flowed with garbage for weeks. And last, when the office staff decided that they had something to tell you or needed to speak to you, they would place notes in the knocker on your front door. So what does that tell your neighbors' It means you're not home!!! Pretty much gives an open invitation for someone to break into your apartment.

LOL. This person seems pretty mad, maybe they should write a review when they're not so mad. And I think that person with the kids might be me. With that said, me and my wife, AND my children under the age of 5 do pretty well here. I go to school and am a professional, so much actually that we're going to have to move out because I make too much. We started living here hard up for cash, but since the low-income place took us in, I've attended school while my wife works, now I work and my wife goes to school. For new families, it's the best you could ask for. Bottom line, it's safe, affordable, clean, and spacious. These people talking about "ghetto" must have never lived in a ghetto. It's the college students and single people who have a hard time here. Staff IS most definitely incompetent though, dumb as rocks. But nice as can be when you pay the rent on time and follow the rule-book. But still, dumb as rocks. Thanks for the memories Mystic Cove!
