The money hungry staff sucks cockis, and has given problems to 6 other people that I know that live here
A group of 20 high school kids hangs out by the bench late at nights and makes alot of noise.
Sprinklers tend to water Doors and Side Walks for the most part, so most of the grass is non-existant in some places.
Low Income Apartment'' try 940.00 a month for a 3/2.

Their is one good thing about this apartment complex, one maintenance guy is cool, but he orders parts and forgets to install them way too often.

Oh Yeah, the pictures of Mystic Cove are great, but dont go by them. The gym is tiny, in fact the camera man in the picture was against the wall when he took the picture.

Ch 13 news was here a couple of times because of situations in which they were unallowing kids to play outside.

I,ll put it this way, If rent was half of what im paying I think it would still be a rip off.

Wow! This is completely untrue. I have lived in the complex for over 2 years and have yet to have a problem. The staff is not only helpful they are friendly and really care. They work with you 100%. The rent IS controlled and the neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant. OH and the pictures are pretty close.

This is so true. We're ready to move out once our lease is up . I would also add that ,the walls are paper thin and you can hear evrything next door. I've complained quite a number of times with no results. And out of the blue the rent was raised .
