Personally I enjoy the apartment. There are always goods and bads to what ever choices you make in life. Personally for the price I pay in rent I think the complex is wonderfull. Poor roomates would change alot, but I was matched up quite well. The location for U.C.F. students are great, and their are allways seminole cops floating around... not that that is good for partys, But it makes me feel a little bit safer about the area.
