Where do I begin' The place is small, loud and a disaster. Management could care less about you, when you are having a problem. For example, they gave me the wrong mailbox key and took 3 days to fix it. I had a brand new credit card (from a dept. store- they don't require activation)and my SOCIAL SECURITY card coming in the mail. Needless to say, I received my social but not the credit card, I had to call and cancel. Another example' My air conditioning kept breaking down and it would take them 3 days to come fix it. Meanwhile, I was living in an apartment that was 95 degrees durig that time. It broke every single weekend, and every weekend it took them DAYS to come and fix it. Not a good impression on new residents.
I've also been kept awake numerous nights by the boys outside who feel the need to blast their stereo at all hours. Also, if you want to move into a 3/3, request to actually see one. Bedroom C is ridiculously smaller than bedroom A, which is terrible.

By the way, the rent doesn't include phone, which is terribly expensive in this area.
All in all, I've had way too many terrible experiences in this place to even recommend it to anyone. Go live in Knights Krossing, it's cheaper and better, which isn't saying much.
