This place is great. The people can make it bad, but my room is comfortable and I get my own bathroom. My balcony overlooks the pool, and I don't have to worry about anything. The bedrooms could be bigger, but you aren't going to get that in an apartment. Good price for what you get. Other than the noise from downstairs and the people running around upstairs it is quiet. I suggest you get to know your neighbors. Contrary to what others say, maintanance is awsome. They are friendly, and very fast. I have requested them only a handfull of times, but once, they were up to fix the problem in less than an hour after putting the call in. Mainly kids run the office so mail isn't very efficient, but the managers are willing to help you with any problems. Parking is a joke though. If you come in after 12am you will have to park in the dirt lot all the way in the back, fine if you live back there though. I would definitly recomend it.
