A great off-campus apartment

Parking: There are tons of parking spots here. As long as you don't come in past midnight on a weekday, you won't have a problem finding a spot. Only once have I had to park a far distance from my apartment, but usually, I can park right in from of the building. And they do tow, so if you have guests, make sure they park in the guest parking lot after 8 PM. The guest parking lot if dirt and far away if you live in the apartments towards the front of the complex.

Noise: I live on the top floor, so there is no problems with noise above us, or below us. Unfortunatly, you can hear the doors slam from other apartments, and if they slam them hard enough, your apartment will shake, but you get used to it. The walls in the apartment are pretty thin like most apartments, and you can hear people talking in the room next to you if they talk loud enough.

Grounds: This place looks really nice. Two clubhouses, 2 pools, a game room, volleyball court, and gym. Tons of trees and great landscaping. My only complaint is that the walkways and stairs in the apartments are nasty. They just pressure washed them and it didn't even take off the dirt and paint that has seemed to embedded itself into the ground.

Safety: I feel safe all the time, especially with all the cops patrolling around that have nothing better to do. My girlfriend gets scared sometimes in the guest parking lot because it's dark and there's always weird drunk people walking around there.

Construction: I like the fact they give you so many floorplans to choose from. They have 4/4, 4/2, 3/3, and 3/2 layouts to choose from, and each one of those has a different layout. They either come with balconies or extended living rooms. The living rooms are huge and the kitchens are nicely equipped with lots of storage. As far as the "furniture" they give you, it sucks. The couch is this really disguting green and tan color, and it looks like its 20 years old. The bedroom furniture is just laughable. The desk they give you isn't even a desk, just a piece of wood with 2 little cubbies in them. You are better off buying your own desk and using the one they give you as a skateboard or something. The room sizes are everage, about 11.5 x 12.3. Some people maybe say they are small, but if you put the bed in the indent that's next to the closet, it makes the room look a lot better. Another plus is that you pay them like 100 bucks before you move in and you can do whatever you want to the walls. I have installed shelves and put up lots a posters and pictures and they don't care because that money you give them goes toward fixing the place up when you move out.

Maintenance: Maintenance is pretty good. The guys are actually old and experienced, not stoned college guys that just walk around and flirt with all the girls. The maintenance staff always comes and fixes the problem the same day, and they are real nice. The one guy that always works around my building always says hi to me when I walk passed him. It's nice to know they care.

Office Staff: All college students, but they still can answer most of your questions. And if they can't, the manager lady is usually always there. They do the mail pretty good, Me or my roomates have recieved everything we were expecting, except that we have gotten other people's mail alot.

Overall, I definitly would recommend this place as a cheap alternative to UCF-affiliated housing. Plus, it's one of the closest off-campus apartments to UCF, and you can walk or ride your bike to school.
