Nice Location, Difficult Management

I enjoyed both the proximity to campus as well as the general setup of my apartment, but I had constant issues with management and maintenance respecting the privacy of myself and my roommates. In addition, Northgate had a habit of not caring about my happines or well-being, and I got the feeling that this was so because I was "just another rentor" and could be replaced at a moment's notice. I had planned on staying at my apartment for two years, and I have just recently left after one.
