While it takes 20 seconds to drive to UCF from this complex, it isnt worth it. It's relatively expensive, considering the price and quality of included service provided. "Free hi-speed internet" is slow when working and extremely unreliable. The internet was completely down for 3 straight weeks in august/september, management refused to offer any alternative services or compensation. Maintanence orders sometimes take hours to fill, other times take up to a week. Management doesn't care about their tenants, but in their defence, they don't jerk us around by pretending to care.
