If you are thinking about living in Northgate I would say definitely do not. Don't expect the internet to work, esp. Kazaa..I am thrilled when I download a song at 1.5k... Expect maintance guys to let themselves into your appt while you sleep..(I'm not implying they are doing anything but their jobs, but still very irritating to wake up to a maintance guy literally in your room looking for termites. This was around 8am on a friday)...The rooms are way too small...its a joke the furniture they provide...I couldnt fit my clothes in the closet/dresser...and if you want to use your own furniture, you are responsible for storing their furniture elsewhere...I live in a 4 bedroom/2bath...(oh god..that reminds me..the bathroom...the bathtubs are made of some grainy material that traps dirt...they are disgusting after a week or so of use without a full bleach and scrub..)..but as I was saying..I live in a 4 bedroom/2 bath...and pay 405/month...as someone who lived here..we were offered to resign and keep that price of 405/month..and recieve 50 cash back....me and my roomies said "no way in hell"...so me...someone who knows what its like to live here won't pay 405...you definitely shouldnt pay 420...any positive review on this site I laugh at...They make references to internet service agreement....what kind of "resident" after getting F@#$ed over...will say..."well we did sign away all our rights regarding internet!!!! I love northgate!!!!"...please take these reviews with a grain of salt...I advise you to speak to someone who lives here..see what htey have to say about the place...PARKING..yes parking is the most horrid...if you work or stay out late..you will have to park in a dirt, poorly lit lot..anywho...
