On paper Northgate seems like a great place: its furnished, close to the UCF campus, not horribly expensive, all utilites plus cable and internet, and the amount of space (in my 3/3) is very comfortable and livable, 2 pools, a workout room, and a fun clubhouse open 24 hours. HOWEVER, cable and internet barely work (internet goes down every time it rains), the pools are kinda nasty, the workout room is 3 old broken tredmills, and the passcode thing to get into the clubhouse has been busted since day 1. Plus prices are going up and the staff for the most part sucks too. The general manager included. Seriously...if you want to live on Muculloch, move to Tivoli or find a nice house in Creekwood. But Northgate sucks..1 year and im gone.
