I have lived in Northgate for the last 3 yrs and i have been in college and loved it here. they gym in the back is open for residents and there are two nice pools. we party a lot so it was nice knowing that everyone else in the neighborhood understood. in 3 yrs, we never received a noise complaint but the cops came multiple times. they neighborhood even has their own blockbuster thing going where u can rent out videos for free or watch them in the huge video room. the internet sucks though.
