Lived at Northgate for one year, got out and ran as far away as possible. They try to get you for going over your power bill every month, but then ask them for a copy of the bill and whoops, they mistakenly over-charged you. Beware to all current residents, the management is out to steal as much money as possible from un-observent college kids. They will do anything and everything to get a few extra $$ out of you. Make sure you get a receipt for paying your rent too because they will try to get a couple more months out of you at the end of the year. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
