It??s cheaper for a reason

Northgate lakes is only a good option for living bc it??s close to ucf -right across the street- and it's cheaper than most apts around here. BUT that Is for a reason...the carpets are usually dirty, and the building managers are reluctant to clean them, the furniture is usually old and stained, some of the bedroom windows face INTO THE WALKWAYS IN THE HALLS, parking is impoissible if you have a late job and return after 1130p - and the visitor lot in the back is just waiting to tear up the bottom of your car.
seriously, the only thing going for this place is it's location and the 2 pools...the buildings, parking, room cleanliness, HORRIBLE roommate matching...only live here if you have no other options
