Management sucks! Poor customer service. Nice maintenance guys though.

Location and shuttle are great. Internet is better. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. they are disorganized and charge you when you dont owe them anything. they act like they are better than you (when half of them are the same age as you or younger) and just laugh it off like it doesn't matter to them. maintenance is fast and pretty reliable. they are the friendliest out of all the employees. the pools are nice and the gym is pretty decent. the mail system is fine too. ALSO, the electric tap is way too low so expect constant overrages for at least $15 a month. overall, it's pretty decent but the management suck!
