I lived here for a semester. When my car got broken into and had all 4 tires and rims stolen (as well as whatever was inside) I got the hell out of there. I had subleased it (someone was on the lease but was moving out, so I just took over her room). The room was decent. It was clean, and I didn't see any bugs or anything like that. I've lived in Oviedo (next to Orl) most of my life and it is a very safe area...but after my car got broken into like that, I'm never going back to that.
Oh and parking sucked. (I lived in a 4/4 so having my own bathroom in my room was awsome)
