This place is alright if you're moving into your first apartment at college, but it gets pretty old after a few monthes. I honestly think that the management barely uses the little matching sheets at all to match people together, and even though the sheet covers most things that are important it doesn't ask you at all about your personality. I have had 5 different people live in the apartment and only one of them was a decent roommate. The others were messy, loud, inconsiderate of others things, and rude among all things. But I guess you can't really blame the apartment complex for ------ roommates, right' The staff is alright in the office as long as you know what you're responsible for and what they can and can't do, which isn't much involving roommates. It took numerous visits to the office about a roommate who constantly stole and threatened me and the one other roommate I was ok with, for them to do something. I haven't had an issue about my mail, but the visitor lot does suck (flooding after rain mostly). Other than crappy roommates and some minor issues, it's an alright place to live but I definitely recommend finding your own roommates because people are unpredictable no matter what they tell you they are and I only recommend this place for incoming freshman or sophomores who haven't lived away from home or have just lived in dorms.
