Great location to UCF; within walking distance to the UCF stadium which is great on game days. Less crime because its on the north side of campus. Parking was fabulous. Huge spaces and plenty of them. Guest parking was all the way in the back though. Never had a problem with Maintenance. If we had a problem, which was rare, they came quickly and took care of it. The leasing office was efficient and friendly. Noise wasn't an issue either. Neighbors on one side enjoyed playing techno late at night, but would turn it down if asked. When we first moved in, it was slightly dirty but fairly clean. No bugs. Rent included all utilities with a cap on the electricity. We only went over like 4 times in 2 years with the highest overage of $6 extra. However, we were extremely careful and didn't run the air conditioning all the time.
