Oviedo Grove Apartments

Love it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   First and foremost, management is on top of everything and even more so friendly. Maintenance is fast and actually gets the job done the first time. The place is very clean, great parking availability, cable/water/sewer included, spacious apartments, NO bugs, neighbors are generally well mannered, and it's in a convenient shopping location. The only negatives are that it's pricey, we're close to a fire house so you hear a lot of sirens, the reclaimed water sprinklers stink bad when they come on, and there isn't any recycling options. However, that is seriously the only thing I can think of that is not perfect here. I love this apartment. I love the management. I think it's a special place to live for apartments.
