Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
The place is run down...for example, the surface of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets is peeling off...ours even had some scotch tape on it when we moved in. Maintenance is slow and horrible. New management is totally incompetent and rude. Worst apartment I've ever lived in.
