Riverwind probably has the largest bedrooms available, if that is what you are in to. However, their management will charge you for electric overages without having the bill from your apartment- every month. Also, if an appliance is broken, a documented paper is not provided on the costs of repair. They just expect you to take their word for it. On top of that, expect a broken microwave to take at least a month to fix. The hot tub and pool closes at a whopping 10pm, and they haven't replaced the HBO or Cinemax in months, yet it seems we are still paying for the premium channels because our rent remains the same. The visitor parking is being reduced for 2003-2004, so it wouldn't be advisable to invite more than one friend over at a time. There are probably a total of 30 guest spaces-for the entire complex. Our "gated community" has not been such in at least six months, since management has failed to repair the front gate from a storm. To top it all, when I finally got smart and moved out, I didn't expect a walk-through from hell!!!
