I agree with everything that the others have said. This place is horrible! The only thing I have to add is that there is someone in the complex making obscene harassing phone calls to several of the residents here. My roommate and I thought it was just to us but several months later found out that our neighbors were getting the same harassing phone calls. We even filed a police report and yet the phone company (stupid no name company) claimed that they couldn't trace the number, after telling us they could if we filed a report. Then Riverwind changed our phone numbers without our permission, and lied to the phone company telling them that we refused to pay our rent until our numbers were changed. Now that we've moved out, they are charging us for everything they can think of, including SEVERAL things that we reported were wrong when we moved in, like dirty carpet and broken microwave. Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
