The complex is like brand new. I moved in and they put in all new rugs has new appliances and new paint. the rooms are bigger than nay other apartments ive seen. i havent had any problems with management except that there tough on big,loud parties. it kinda sucks when u want to throw one but it keeps the place clean and quiet and wont becaome a trashy hell hole like jefferson commons and soon to be lofts nad alafaya club. road is under sonstruction right now but when its done it will be 4 lanes and nice. guest parking is seperate fromm building and kinda small, thats prob the only thing i dont like about this place.
