Riverwind in one easy, self explaining word...SUCKS! i lived there for one year and i had nothing but trouble. people on the second and third floors would always throw cig butts onto my patio, along with beer and chairs. Parking is a living hell and never really got fixed. Staff in the office looks like a bunch of crackheads looking to take your money to buy a hit. Random parties late at night where it seems that half of UCF is invited. Rent that always seems to get higher by the minute. Waste of time and money.
