I've lived at Riverwind for two years now and although I've had my moments with the office staff and maintenance, I've loved it here.
The rooms are bigger than anything else you find, unless you want to put your bed in the closet. The staff is nice enough I mean what do you expect this is college housing. We have had several parties here and even though the cops will stop in and tell you to turn down the music, if you are nice enough they won't turn you in to the office.
As far as all enclusive housing if you don't want to live in a dump this place is great. And as far as electric we've never even gone over, and I've loved the roomates I've been matched with maybe some people just have bad personalities themselves.

I would suggest this to anyone wanting a nice place to live and a fun time, some of the best friends I've made in years I met at parties around the complex.

But do fill out you're move in report really anally b/c they do charge you for everything after you move out, I would suggest taking pictures, so you hvae proof you didn't damage the apartment.
