The management is a pain to deal with, they charge for every single scratch in the apartment, regardless of it being there when you moved in, and that you wrote it on your "things wrong" sheet. They'll steal your deposit and charge you an arm and a leg on top of that. They are never available when you need them, they don't return phone calls, and never have any information to give about anything.
