I just stumbled across this website and couldn't believe how many negative things are said about Riverwind! I currently live here and love it!! The office staff is always helpful and really nice. All of my maintenance needs are always taken care of right away! As far as my apartment goes I really couldn't ask for more! All of my furniture is new and really comfortable. My bedroom is enormous and I even have my own bathroom! All in all this is an excellent place to get started especially when you are looking for an apartment near campus
